$99 per night, exclusive of applicable state and local taxes.
This rate is good for 3 days before and 3 days after the Reunion, so come early and stay late!
The deadline for making your room reservations is September 15, 2009!
Let the hotel know you are with the USS Cleveland Reunion Group. They are blocking a group of rooms for us on the ground floor
where the rooms with disability acommodations are located. Should you desire a room on a higher floor or have other needs,
just ask them and they may be able to accomodate your requests. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
If you are driving, there is free parking.
Registration: Cost is $70.00 per person. The Registration fee covers the Banquet, Women’s and Men’s meeting lunches, and Hospitality suite.

Dallas Excursion
8:30 AM - Bus Departs Hotel, 4:00 PM - Bus departs Dallas
Includes tours of the Dallas Cowboys New Stadium, The 6th Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, and lunch in Dallas.
Cost is $55.00 per person.
Thursday, Oct. 8: Austin Ranch Barbeque
6:30PM - 9:00PM Barbeque Dinner at the Austin Ranch located behind the hotel. Stephen F. Austin's descendant owned the ranch. Bonnie and
Clyde hid out there. Cost is $25.00/person.
Note: The Ladies Lunch (Meritage Side Room) and Men's Lunch (Hospitality Room) will be held at the hotel on this date, 11:00AM - 12:30PM.
Lunch costs are included in the registration fee.
Friday, Oct. 9: Fort Worth Stockyards and Rodeo
4:00PM - Bus Departs Hotel, 10:15PM - Bus Departs Stockyards
The Stockyards is a National Historic District and the site of museums, honky-tonk saloons, shops and restaurants. Stockyard championship rodeo
starts at 8:00 PM. Cost includes transportation and Rodeo. Dinner on your own before the Rodeo, or at the full-service concession stands.
Cost is $25.00/person.
Saturday, Oct. 10: The Invincible Banquet
6:00PM - 10:00PM at the Hilton DFW Lakes - Windfall Room -
Cash Bar, Dining, and Dancing to the music of Buddy's Big Band.
Make your Banquet meal choice at Registration; Cost to attend the Banquet only without registration is $35.00/person.
Transportation:
You will fly into Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW) airport. The Hilton operates free
shuttles to and from the airport and it is only 3 miles and 5 minutes from DFW. Once you have claimed your luggage, go to the
courtesy phone and call the Hilton DFW Lakes (ext. 156). They will ask your terminal (A, B, C or D) and your gate number location
and will give you an estimate of time to pick you up. Should you choose not to take the shuttle a taxi should cost about $12.00.
If you are driving from DFW take the North Airport Exit onto International Parkway N. which becomes TX-121N. Take the Bass Pro Drive exit and turn
left on to Bass Pro Drive. Take a right at the third light on to TX-26E and the Hilton DFW Lakes is 500 yards on the left.
